Thank you for choosing AnkiAlias. We strive to provide the best
service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under
which refunds may be issued.
1. Pricing

The pricing is based on token consumption, with prices displayed per
1 million tokens. Input tokens are 4 times cheaper than output
tokens. To account for this price difference, the number of input
tokens is divided by 4 when calculating the cost. Input tokens also
include system prompt tokens, which are added at the beginning of
the conversation. Each message sent to the bot includes the full
conversation history for that round of play, where 1 round consists
of 1 word or phrase guess, including all previous user and assistant
messages, as well as the current message.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the
Service and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a
refund.

no later than 14 days after the billing date.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through our
Merchant of Record, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any
time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date given
