Welcome to AnkiAlias, a vocabulary learning application. By accessing or using AnkiAlias, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use AnkiAlias.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

• Payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

• AnkiAlias and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer Salamdi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

5. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

• AnkiAlias is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• AnkiAlias developer (Salamdi) will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the international laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to the Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date given above.
